Regular meetings of the board of directors shall be held on the second Wednesday of
every third month, in January, April, July, and October. When the meeting date falls
on a statutory holiday, or if a situation beyond the control of the Union arises that requires
cancellation of the meeting, the president shall reschedule the meeting and shall give
the board no less than fourteen (14) daysʼ notice of the rescheduled meeting
