This position is responsible for the management of the overall Local 4911 management and strategic plan. The Executive Director serves as the appointing authority for all Local staff, is the chief staff liaison to the Executive Board and is a member of the Executive Committee. This position is responsible for the operating budget and overall operations of Local 4911 programs and is an active participant in Local 4911 legislative, lobbying, political action, negotiations and organizing efforts.
